Therapy in Wenatchee
& across Washington for Trauma, Anxiety, and Emotional Healing

Reconnect to your self, to your body, and your life.

Reconnect to yourself, your body, and your life.

Even the most capable people go through seasons of overwhelm, disconnection, anxiety, shut-down, or uncertainty of how to move forward.

Sometimes our minds and our emotions do not agree. We might be doing everything we can to feel balanced and healthy, but our bodies are still braced for impact. Old experiences might baffle us by continuing to show up in present-day relationships, choices, and moods. Talking about it just doesn't cut it, and neither does forcing our way. Try as we might to walk a straight path, stress, trauma, or change can carve our inner landscape into difficult-to-navigate terrain.

Maps of the Inner Terrain Counseling Services offers a grounded, compassionate space for adults seeking therapy in Chelan County, including Wenatchee, Leavenworth and Cashmere, and from Spokane to Seattle, both in person and through telehealth. Jennifer Beauvais, LMHC, BP brings a body-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy that helps clients reconnect with their own inner compass, build emotional self-trust, and move toward a greater sense of wholeness.

You do not have to walk the path alone.

Many people come to therapy because something inside them no longer feels sustainable. Anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, or relationship struggles can create a growing sense of overwhelm and disconnection from yourself.

These experiences are not signs of failure, but signs that your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the resilience and self-trust already within you.

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, even when life “looks fine” on the outside
  • Constant overthinking, anxiety, or difficulty feeling calm and grounded
  • Repeating relationship patterns that leave you feeling hurt or disconnected
  • Feeling numb, shut down, or far away from the person you used to be
  • Carrying stress, grief, or past experiences that continue to affect daily life

What therapy can help you transform

Trauma, anxiety, grief, and the weight of old patterns don't have to define your present. Therapy creates the conditions for your nervous system to settle and your inner wisdom to emerge.

Process trauma held in body and mind

Untangle patterns that keep repeating

Navigate loss, change, and uncertainty

Work smarter, not harder, with your body and mind

Become your own best friend (who genuinely likes you!)

Jenn's Approach

Somatic, Trauma-Informed Therapy That Honors the Mind and Body

Hey there! I'm Jenn Beauvais, and I thrilled to walk this journey with you. I spent years of my own life feeling cut-off from anything going on below my neck, and my life did a complete 180-degree turn when I began to work with my emotions and trauma through my body. As I walked the path to becoming a more regulated, good friend to myself, I dedicated my focus to cultivating a deep understanding of the map to healing, wholeness and greater freedom. My approach to therapy is active, safe, compassionate, with highly respectful of the mind-body connection. I am trained in Somatic Counseling Psychology, or "Body Psychotherapy," with additional training in trauma-focused modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I have worked with trauma across the life-span, from infant mental health to elder support.

This means therapy may go beyond simply talking about what happened- Yes, my friend, we are going to make some actual changes! Together, we will explore how emotions, memories, sensations, beliefs, and survival responses live in your body and how they can begin to shift with safety, awareness, and support.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or self-criticism, but about learning to relate to yourself with more steadiness, compassion, curiosity, and trust. Awaiting you is a calmer body, and a new relationship to yourself that creates an inner sense of home.
